birthday                                                                                This time when we met it was  an important day along with our as usual glug meeting  it is Debian's  19Th birth day so we decided to celebrate it in our college.                       In the meeting we took some decisions regarding our upcoming  workshop which has to be conducted in upcoming weeks and we divided our work and before that Sharath sir gave lot more information about Debian and it's way till now and what is the present value of Debian in  market and also we discussed about zone expansion and as initial step Sharath sir asked all  our friends e-mail id who are currently in those colleges  so that we can contact them and start initiating few more glugs in our zone And as final event but not the least ,we cut cake as it's displayed above it was fun as celebrating birthday of opensource operating system in our college Thanks to Sharath,Prabodh all members of PLUGIN

                                                                                                   INSTALLATION FEST AT PESIT-BSC                                                                                                    As usual with lot of energy and with many volunteers dedication we started our first official event in our college it was an installation fest  and spreading knowledge about Free Open Source Software's (FOSS)  and creating awareness among students and helping  themselves to dive into sea of FOSS and make them to use and get the flavors of  Linux  Initially  Prabodh sir gave a small introduction about Linux and how it helps students then we started our session  and we distributed them ISO images of Linux mint and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Then we gave a demo on how to install it in their respective computers and it was very interactive session and we managed to spread the information about Linux operating system and every one enjoyed it I really thankfu
